Sample Coordinator

**Job Title**: Sample Coordinator
**Employer**: Calico
**Reports To**: Product Manager
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Be organized and have excellent time management skills.
- Communicate with suppliers for ordering of all samples.
- Receive new samples into the warehouse inventory and prepare approved samples for storage.
- Document and maintain a tracking system of samples.
- Pack and ship sample orders
Maintain inventory for products, packing materials and labels.
- Maintain all shipping reporting documents and portals.
- Communicate with sales on a regular basis regarding samples, possible shortages, order errors, delays, etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Interested in a chance to join a fast-growing company and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Grade 12 diploma required.
- Post secondary diploma in food science or related field definitive benefit.
- Previous lab experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Netsuite experience a plus.
- Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
- Superior organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter; able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced industry.
