We have a unique opportunity for a Global Talent Advisory professional to join us as we build the world's leading law firm. This role will support the people strategy and talent management for Dentons' Global Team with professionals across 16+ countries and 10+ functions. The Global Talent Advisory Specialist will work with our global people managers, regional Talent teams and will support the comprehensive needs of a highly diverse and highly professional global team. This is a new role being created to support an integrated Global Team.

This position will report to the Global HR Business Partner

**Requirements**:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support the Talent Advisory Lead and the HR Business Partner in all processes in the employee lifecycle, to include: onboarding, performance and salary review, contract changes and offboarding
- Partner with specialist in-location teams (including: talent advisory and administration, payroll, compensation and benefits) to assist with employee and people manager queries
- Engage with regional Talent teams to drive process compliance
- Providing first line advice on policies and procedures
- Providing timely and accurate management information and data
- Act as a point of contact for Global Team members on employment and policy matters, and liaise with relevant teams as required to provide timely and accurate assistance
- Manage employee records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
- Partner with the People Data team to develop accurate and effective management reports
- Escalate queries to the global Talent Advisory leadership and recommend solutions to improve overall employee experience
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities

**About You**
- 3-5 Year experience working in a Talent organization, managing a high volume of requests
- Educational background in Human Resources or similar line of study
- A flexible approach to adapt to differing demands, prioritising tasks where appropriate and ensuring completion of tasks
- A strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, consistency and quality
- Ability to build productive relationships in a virtual environment
- Literacy in SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Resourcefulness to anticipate needs and offer solutions
