Customer Care Representative
- Communication video/telephone skills like a pleasant demeanor and the ability to work with multiple personalities
- Leadership skills like being able to help lead and manage tasks and responsibilities on behalf of the company
- Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers that free of spelling or grammatical errors
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
- Ability to multitask since some tasks will require a Customer Care Representative to communicate with multiple customers at one time
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time

**Implement and manage APX onboardings**

Conduct customer kickoff calls and training, onboarding check-ins and customer usage calls. Also move new customers through onboarding process in timely fashion, escalate any stalled onboardings to customer care manager and develop and implements strategies to ensure customer success.

**Customer Training**

Provide initial training to new customers, follow-up training session for users if require. Also provide as needed or annual refresher training calls to customers as required

**Track customer usage and manage low usage process**

**Implement APX Low-Usage Program Strategy**

Complete monthly review/reach-out to low-usage customers and develop and implement a strategic, targeted intervention for APX customers with low usage that are at-risk

Work with Alex to develop and maintain resources around best practices and usage suggestions to help all customers increase usage

**Manage an APX customer referrals program**

Solicit referrals from APX customers and communicate and document any relevant details about opportunity in APX sales. Also assist in product demos for referral opportunities.

**Renewals/Expansions**

Confirm all Renewals (100% net retention) and explore expansion opportunities by sharing what more APX can provide to assist our customers.Continuously review long-term upcoming renewals (3+ months out) to identify and play expansion opportunities

**Lead Support Ticket Management**

Triage incoming tickets, following up with customer to ensure all required information has been received regarding the ticket Assign tickets appropriately and update/Solve tickets as required

**Product Demos**

Assist APX sales process through product demos when required by suporting sales individual and description of problem/issues/current process by prospect into a tailored sales demo

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer retention: 3 years (required)
