We’re looking for a highly motivated, tenacious and energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building to lead this team. If working with a start up mentality to develop a sales team excites you, we’d love to chat.
What you will do:
- Manage to monthly, quarterly, and annual inbound demand pipeline targets- Develop and execute the Fiix Software outbound pipeline generation strategy- Collaborate with peers in Sales, Customer Success and Marketing- Lead, coach and inspire your team to create a high-performing culture where individuals can grow their careers as well as contribute to the company's success- Proactively assist with passive and active recruitment efforts- Help drive continuous improvement in the Sales/Business Development practice at Fiix and Rockwell Automation
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall sales experience working with high growth B2B software organizations- 3+ years of progressive quota carrying experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the B2B software space- 2+ years of business development experience working with both an inbound and outbound sales process- Strong understanding of relevant sales methodologies and best practices- Ability to monitor and assess progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve target outcomes- Excellent interpersonal communications skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently- Strong organizational skills and highly analytical- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM infrastructure, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong and other sales tools- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
