Store Manager

worldwide, and we’re looking for an experienced and exceptional Store Manager.
As a Store Manager at Midas you’ll benefit from working within a privately owned franchise

The Store Manager at a Midas location brings a community focused and entrepreneurial
approach to the table - ready to lead by example and get after it - helping the team learn to drive
increases in sales, grow shop revenue, maintain cost and inventory control metrics while
ensuring a fun, productive, and fast paced collaborative environment.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the total operation of the location, including everything from
P&L management to scheduling, to completing sales and staff evaluation reports, and you'll lead
the team forward in everything from sales and professional growth, to inventory management
and cost control, environmental compliance and of course, safety.

Being on the front line, you’ll have the ability to leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to
train and mentor staff, oversee your technician’s assessments, and communicate directly with
clientele - bridging the gap and ensuring that Midas maintains our reputation for offering best in
class customer service and the highest quality of work.

management experience (ideally 3 or more, and preferably in the automotive industry), your
strong POS and internet skills and your passion to share general automotive knowledge to work
closely with customers, helping them understand inspection results and estimates you’ll create
based on the recommendations from your team.
