Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of STEEL FABRICATION shop, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- CWB certified welder is preferred
- Plan, organise timelines with steel and Aluminum fabrication
- Provide excellent customer service, including phone etiquette and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Supervise and train shop staff to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Schedule and assign tasks to employees, ensuring proper coverage and efficient use of resources
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Perform administrative duties such as record keeping, reporting, and data entry

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in basic math for inventory management and financial calculations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 5 years (required)
- Welding: 5 years (required)

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
