Shop Foreman

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel

CWB welder is must and supervisor is an asset
- Assign and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
- Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards
- Train and mentor new employees
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Experience in steel and aluminum fabrication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop. Your role will involve supervising a team of welders and fitters, painters, machinists assigning work orders, ensuring quality repairs, and maintaining inventory. We are seeking an individual with strong mechanical knowledge in steel and aluminum fabrication world.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
