**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Oversee medication administration processes to ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage daily operations within the facility, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in senior care and dementia management.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance resident well-being.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality care.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in a senior care or assisted living environment.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses in good standing.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
