Union Ten Distillery is a local distillery offering high-quality, handcrafted spirits. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer experiences, both in our retail store and at seasonal events. This year, we’re excited to be part of the festive holiday season at the Holly Jolly Market and we’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team

We are seeking part-time seasonal staff to support our **Distillery Retail Store** and represent us at the **Holly Jolly Christmas Market **located at Covent Garden Market**. **As a Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product sales, and help promote our unique, handcrafted spirits to customers and holiday shoppers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system for purchases and transactions.
- Stock shelves, maintain store displays, and keep the retail space clean and organized.
- Represent the distillery at the Holly Jolly Market, engaging with market-goers, providing samples, and driving sales.
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Smart Serve guidelines when handling and serving alcoholic products.

**Requirements**:

- **Retail experience** (1+ year preferred).
- Must hold a valid **Smart Serve Certification**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during the holiday season.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both in-store and at outdoor market events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)

Work Location: In person
