Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer (Coo) - payment System

We’re seeking a sales and product-oriented Co-Founder COO to join our leadership team. This individual will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, accelerating growth, and driving fundraising efforts to shape the future of installement in payment systems solution. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Sales Leadership: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. - Leverage your existing network within the payment systems management industry to build strategic partnerships and generate go-to-market traction. - Actively engage with prospective clients, close deals, and establish long-term relationships. Capital Raising: - Lead fundraising efforts by identifying, engaging, and pitching to angel investors and venture capital firms. - Collaborate with the CEO to craft compelling investor materials, including pitch decks and financial models. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the investment community to secure funding. Hands-On Execution: - Take an active role in day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic goals are met with a focus on execution. - Work closely with the CEO to prioritize initiatives and navigate market challenges effectively. Strategic Leadership: - Partner with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s vision, strategy, and growth roadmap. - Drive alignment across all functions, including sales, operations, product, and customer success. Operational Excellence: - Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth. - Monitor business performance through KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Team Building & Culture: - Recruit, develop, and lead a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. - Empower team members to innovate and execute with excellence. Product & Customer Focus: - Advocate for customer-centric innovation to align product offerings with market needs. - Collaborate with the product development team to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in a startup or pre-growth-stage company. - Strong track record in sales, business development, and product development in the payment systems management space. - Well-established, significant network within the payment systems management industry, including connections with advisors, payment systems management firms, and fintech firms. - Demonstrated success in raising capital from angel investors and venture capital firms. - A deep understanding of the payment systems management industry and a strong belief on how AI-driven solutions can help the industry. - Hands-on approach with the ability to execute and lead simultaneously. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and operational efficiency. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience scaling businesses and building high-performing teams. - Speaking french preferred.
