**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential
- Establish and maintain the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results
- Employee performance management, conducting weekly check-ins and biannual reviews
- Resolution of staff and guest challenges in a timely and professional manner
- Developing staff schedules to meet the needs of salon volume
- Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures
- Coordinating appointments for guests and maintain schedules for +30 service providers
- Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists
- Taking care of the salon appearance and overseeing your section
- Sales, including retail and service
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Cash handling and cashier duties
- Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3/years front desk experience, 1/year managerial experience
- A commitment to learn, apply, and champion Suki's principles and policies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people and coaching skills
- Proven leadership skills to make sound and timely decisions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a diverse group of individuals and guests
- Understanding of social media platforms

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
