We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our JC's family As a supervisor here at JC's, you will enjoy a family-oriented environment that will provide fun and meaning work and lots of opportunities to learn and grow

**Tasks and responsibilities of our Kitchen Supervisor include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring our bagels and food are at the highest standards
- Train, coach and guide staff members to adhear to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and clean up.
- Train, coach, and guide staff members to prepare our famous bagels and food.
- Train, coach and guide staff members to maintain a clean and organized prep area.
- Work with fellow staff members on menu execution and improving systems and standards.
- Conducting supply orders for the shop and ensuring orders are fulfilled.
- Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as back of house labour.
- Communicate back and forth with Restuarant Supervisor.
- Take direction and feedback from General Restaurant Manager.
- Open and close the shop independantly.

- Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle (preferred)
- Have at least 2 years of restaurant supervisor experience (mandatory)

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
