Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the **Quality Receiving Coordinator** plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of material and quality certificates received by the organization. This position involves verifying the authenticity and quality of certificates and other inspection records associated with incoming materials and products to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance

**_ Responsibilities_**:

- Certificate Verification: Review and assess certificates of materials, products, or services received from suppliers, manufacturers, or other sources to ensure they meet Receiving Inspection requirements
- Document Management: Maintain an organized record-keeping system for certificates, ensuring easy retrieval and access for auditing and reference purposes
- Communicate with Purchasing and Quality Department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to Certificates, Inspection Records received or Receiving Inspection nonconforming identified

**_ Requirements:_**
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field, particularly with certificate management
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
