**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data from various documents into our internal systems
- Maintain and update digital records, ensuring all information is current and error-free
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and care

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and digital tools
- Good typing speed and proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is an asset
