Maintenance Welding Products is a Winnipeg based Compressed Gas, Welding, Industrial, and Safety Supplies distributor. We are known for our strong commitment to building long term partnerships with our clients, and for our focus on providing creative, value-based solutions.

The Duties and Responsibilities for this role include:

- Preparing and sending Invoices.
- Monitoring and following up on Accounts Receivable.
- Receiving payments and preparing deposits.
- Entering Inventory Receipts.
- Entering Bills and preparing bill payments.
- Performing monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.

Required Qualifications include:

- Experience in full cycle accounting.
- Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Quickbooks: 1 year (preferred)
