**Position Overview**:
As the Front of House/Catering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and catering services. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house, managing catering orders, and delivering professional service to our guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in front of house restaurant management.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including POS systems experience.
- Catering management experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills for daily interaction with guests.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the chef to process customized catering orders.
- Familiarity with TGS POS systems is an asset but can be trained on easily.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, tip counting, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Organize catering orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely service.
- Monitor both the house phone and the dedicated work catering phone.
- Handle daily invoicing and provide menu quotes to guests.
- General management of the Front of House in the Cucina.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

**Working Hours**:

- Position hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (40 hours a week on average).
- Equal share of tips based on a standard point system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
