Our family’s store began as an Italian meat market and deli offering the freshest cheeses, cold-cuts, and local, free range and organic meats butchered to order. We now have Cioffi’s Wholesale that supplies many of the top restaurants in Vancouver with these same fresh and delicious ingredients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage catering events, including menu planning, logistics, and execution.
- Keep menus up to date and relevant, ensuring that they meet customers' preferences and dietary requirements.
- Manage the schedule and ensure that all events are staffed appropriately and run smoothly.
- Assist in daily duties, including food preparation, service, and clean-up.
- Create and implement social media strategies to promote catering services and increase brand awareness.
- Act as a sales representative to acquire new business for Cioffis, including researching and identifying potential clients, pitching catering services, and negotiating contracts

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on their feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31,300.00-$64,703.70 per year
