The Kia brand continues to grow in Canada’s with our award-winning line-up and we are looking for exceptional people to help us support this growth at our new location in Innova Business Park.

As a **Sales Professional** with Performance Kia, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service on all interactions while exceeding customer expectations
- Leading customers through vehicle purchases, negotiating transactions, and completing automotive sales contracts
- Working closely with our Finance Managers to offer and finalize deals on new and pre-owned vehicles purchases
- Learning and maintaining your product knowledge on all new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, rebates and incentive programs
- Communicating effectively and efficiently to sales leads
- Maintaining an active lead list to build positive customer relationships
- Generating new customer prospects
- Answering customer calls relating to sales inquiries
- Ensuring all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Presenting vehicles and financing options to customers
- Other duties as required by management

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Professional experience is an asset but even if you have little or no automotive sales experience, our training program will teach you the skills required for success.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and organizational skills
- People working in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Retail Sales fields would make an excellent fit
- Excellent computer, social media and self-marketing skills
- Mandatory valid G driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate with the ability to effectively communicate in writing
- Willingness to be flexible under changing conditions

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
