**Position Overview**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 4 years in sheet metal installation.
- **Certification**: Journeyman certification or equivalent apprenticeship training.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in blueprint reading and installation techniques.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- **Safety Compliance**: A valid driver’s license and a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
