We are hiring now and encourage you to be a part of our growing team. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional installation technician to work full time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install Sheetmetal systems for commercial buildings and condos based on the latest standards.
- Cut, shape, and form sheet metal materials to exact specifications using a variety of techniques.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate precision sheet metal components and products.
- Experience installation of duct-work and HVAC equipment.
- Direct supervision of workers.
- Prepare reports for the supervisor.
- Install equipment based on the latest Sheetmetal guidelines and standards.
- Team player, able to complete work independently
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the highest standards for accuracy, durability, and aesthetics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong expertise in operating and maintaining various sheet metal fabrication equipment.
- Skilled in various sheet metal techniques, such as cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices within a manufacturing environment.

License/Certification:

- Sheet metal Certificate of qualification
- Drivers License
- Work at Height
- Supervisory Training
- WHIMIS
