**Who We Are**:
At **Pika Landscapes**, we have been crafting breathtaking outdoor spaces in Whistler and the surrounding regions for over 20 years. As Whistler's only certified organic landscape business, we pride ourselves on:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a maintenance crew (2-4 members) to care for residential or commercial properties in Whistler.
- Perform and lead tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, and bed maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of work, avoiding rework or return visits.
- Identify property improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to implement them.
- Conduct weekly inspections and document detailed notes on assigned properties.
- Use and maintain landscaping tools, vehicles, and equipment in accordance with Pika's standards.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization at job sites.
- Manage crew schedules and clock-ins using the LMN Time mobile app.
**Qualifications**:
- At least two seasons of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Proven experience managing people and small teams effectively.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license in good standing with experience towing trailers.
- Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Horticultural experience or diploma (knowledge of local trees and plants is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, train, and improve team performance.
- A genuine interest in plants, landscaping, and delivering quality service.
