Landscape Foreman

Super Natural Landscapes is hiring for both a **Hardscape Manager and Landscape Construction Foreman **to join our team

We offer a 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday x 10 hr shifts = 3-day weekend) and a competitive starting wage depending on experience with wage increases based on performance.

**About the position**:

- Full Time: Tuesday to Friday x 10 hr shifts (3-day weekends).
- Guaranteed seasonal with work until mid-November.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $42 per hour depending on experience with increases based on performance (negotiable).
- Provide leadership and direction to the landscape construction team on various hardscape projects.

- 2 to 3+ years’ experience installing paving stones, retaining walls, fire pits, etc.
- Knowledge of plant species and softscaping.
- Able to lead a crew to plan and execute full landscape installation within given time frame and budget
- Mentor and lead laborers to produce high quality work.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers)
- Organizational skills; plan each day’s work to have proper material on site and keep the crew efficiently working.
- Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment including trucks and trailers, mini-excavators, skid steer with various attachments, and small equipment and tools
- Comply with all safety regulations and requirements while maintaining an organized job site
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly motivated and self-driven while working in a fast paced environment.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license.
