A regular day for a Loan Administrator will include:

- Process loan activation for new contracts in the loan management system
- Execute detailed review of inputs in the loan management system to ensure alignment with signed contracts
- Process daily loan modifications including but not limited to rate changes, write-offs, restructures, etc
- Posting of customer fees in the loan management system
- Handling of funding faxes and contracts sent in by dealers
- Replying and responding to dealer messages
- Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders
- Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform in real time and immediately

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency
- You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills
- You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- You can prioritize allocated workflow seamlessly
- You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Extra
- awesome to have:

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a lending, automotive related business, or financial services
- Exposure to loan management system
- You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Working condition
- Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 8 PM EST Monday to Friday.
