Vantage’s latest airport terminal project is the $4.2B development of a new world class international Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), now underway. The Vantage-led team at JFK Millennium Partners is developing Terminal 6 in two phases, with the first gates opening in 2026 and construction completion in 2028. This new, 1.2 million square foot international terminal on the north side of JFK will feel like a boutique luxury hotel, featuring bright and airy check-in and arrivals areas, NYC-inspired shopping, dining and amenities, premium lounges, and generous seating areas. The redevelopment will transform the guest experience at Terminal 6 while offering numerous opportunities for minority, women-owned (MWBE), service-disabled, veteran-owned (SDVOB) and local business enterprises (LBEs).

**Job Summary**

Reporting to the, the Senior Analyst, Project Investments is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investment in airports globally. This resource will be a key asset manager in Vantage’s current airport network. This role supports the team by providing hands-on financial analysis using financial models, conducting industry research, and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.

With exposure to private/P3 and buy-side infrastructure transactions, the Analyst, Project Investments will provide meaningful contribution to the investment decision making process for some of the largest projects of this type globally. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Analysis**
- Provide accurate and insightful financial and business analysis for a variety of projects, as well as on an ad hoc basis.
- Build from scratch, update existing and review externally prepared, complex financial models, ensuring their accuracy and utility.
- Design and develop key performance indicators, and use these tools to provide insightful analysis and narrative for a variety of assets.
- Review, follow up on, and provide explanations for performance variances.
- Identify opportunities for value creation.

**Business Development**
- Evaluate investment opportunities and identify, analyze and present material findings to transaction leads, and support the development and updating of investment decision materials.
- Support the Company’s business development initiatives by providing financial analysis for new opportunities, including developing and optimizing models and tools for sensitivity testing and scenario analysis.
- Provide valuation analysis on new investments or existing investments to support decision-making.
- Work closely with external advisors as it relates to due diligence from an investment perspective.
- Contribute to the development of responses to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs for new investment opportunities.

**Research and Market Analysis**
- Conduct research and present market intelligence in a structured way.
- Establish and maintain an acquisitions database, including deal history, fundamental / macro-economic data, and key insights from market research.
- Monitor market events and provide analysis on the impact these events may have on the valuation of an asset, updating the models as appropriate.

**Primary Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in financial analysis; experience in infrastructure as an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field.
- Ambitious, with a keen desire to be part of a growing international company.
- Strong capabilities in quantitative analysis, with a natural curiosity for the story behind the numbers; able to use data analysis and critical thinking to draw meaningful conclusions (e.g. separating key data from “noise”).
