We are currently seeking a Part-time Cleaner to join our team at SPG. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work varied hours and locations as needed
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
