We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Partner who will play a key role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for bringing in new brands, startup companies, and other businesses that require custom apparel manufacturing services. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, building lasting relationships, and presenting our manufacturing capabilities as a solution to their business needs.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and help drive the company’s growth by establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients in the apparel, sportswear, and fashion industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and approach new brands, startup businesses, and companies in need of custom apparel production services.
- Present our manufacturing capabilities to potential clients, emphasizing our high-quality materials, customizations, and sustainable practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling business proposals and marketing materials.
- Work to expand our client base across various industries, including activewear, corporate apparel, and fashion.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure ongoing business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the apparel production process and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development.

**How to Apply**:

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $17.11-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week

Additional pay:
