- Conduct risk assessments and report suspicious activities or security vulnerabilities.
- Utilize advanced security equipment, including surveillance systems, communication devices, and protective gear.
- Provide access control by verifying identification and authorizations.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs for review and follow-up.
- Engage in routine drills and training to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of security operations, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties such as patrolling, standing long hours and responding to incidents.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain necessary security licensing and certifications (e.g., state-issued guard card, firearms permit, etc.).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of advanced defensive tactics and first aid/CPR.
- Familiarity with access control systems and surveillance technologies.
- Training in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
