We’re growing fast, and we need a strategic, people - focused leader to help us elevate client care, optimize operations, and lead a team of 10 in delivering outstanding service. **What You'll Be Doing** Leadership & Team Development - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Client Relations Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance workflow, client scheduling, and team coordination. Technology & Systems Management - Oversee and optimize JaneApp and Asana for scheduling, task management, and team collaboration. Client Experience Champion - Ensure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for, from their first contact to ongoing treatment. The client experience is paramount, and ensuring booking, communications, billing and top-notch. Being a 'worker bee" and the lead is an integral balance. Collaboration with Clinical Medical Teams - Work alongside our CEO, CFO, Clinical leads, Medical Office Assistant, and clinical team to ensure a smooth, client-focused experience. Attention to Detail - We rely on the client relations team to ensure details aren't missed. Flexible Schedule - Work one evening per week and one weekend per month to ensure client accessibility and team coverage. Personality - We want someone who has a balance of relationship and business driven skills and brings a positive outgoing energy to the environment **What We’re Looking For** 5+ years of leadership experience Experience managing a medical or wellness office (bonus points if you've helped build one from the ground up) 10+ years working in healthcare. Must understand legislation related to healthcare environments and implement policies. Proficiency in JaneApp and Asana (or similar platforms). A natural leader and mentor who can inspire and develop a dynamic team. A passion for client relations, process improvement, and operational excellence. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ability to pivot when needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep a cool head in high-pressure situations.
