**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and handling practices are followed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and management.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques within the kitchen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
