We are looking for an operationally-minded and people-focused professional to join our Team in the role of Customer Care & Marketing Manager in North Vancouver.

**Your responsibilities are**
- Ensure that every customer is met with the most exceptional customer service
- Dispatch, direct, and conduct regular communication with field employees
- Set and optimize the daily schedule of jobs while taking multiple constraints and considerations into account
- Answer client inquiries, reviews, and feedback related to services and products
- Help with writing blogs, organizing and maintaining information presented online
- Collaborate with internal teams to create digital experiences and optimize user experience
- Overall you'll be an indispensable part of an exciting, growing company helping to make everything run smoothly and have fun doing it
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Capable of dealing with issues and complaints quickly and effectively
- Possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delighting clients, and a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle
- A team player willing to involve themselves in all aspects of the business

**Key attributes**
- University or College degree
- Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or marketing role
- Experience using database systems and social media platforms
- Experience balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
