**Ok, ok, but what exactly will I be doing....**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow the lead of the Success Coach and provide comprehensive support.
- Develop systems to eliminate IRCs (issues, roadblocks, challenges).
- Become an expert in operational (Buildertrend, JobTread etc) and CRM software, and help to implement these softwares into clients' businesses.
- Assist in the creation of tools, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and resources for clients.
- Learn and adhere to the 4 Level Coach way of doing business.
- Meet with clients from time to time as needed to support their needs.
- Schedule meetings for the Success Coach and manage their calendar.
- Take detailed notes during meetings or review recordings and compile notes afterward.
- Follow up with clients post-meeting to provide notes, recordings, tools, etc.

- **Confidence**: Not afraid to share ideas or feedback on current systems, improvements, or deficiencies

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years experience as a **Project Coordinator or Project Manager**:

- **MUST** have experience in the construction or building industry
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Great understanding of computers, programs, and technology.

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 4pm EST
- Virtual, Work from home
- You may occasionally have meetings after hours and be required to work extra hours from time to time.
