**The Role**:
As a **Sip & Shop Crew Member**, you’ll be the ultimate host, crafting exceptional beverages, curating beautiful retail displays, and helping guests discover something special. You’ll be as comfortable pulling a perfect espresso shot as you are styling a display according to a planogram. You thrive in a fast-paced, event-filled atmosphere and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make it all happen. While adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with care and consistency.
- Execute and maintain retail displays according to planograms to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Support events — from set-up to guest engagement — ensuring every detail is on point.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, anticipating guest needs and creating memorable moments.
- Keep the café and retail space organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and special event days.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
