**You’re a great fit you can**
- Lead, train, and support 5-10 field staff to ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Manage, train and oversee subcontractors to meet program requirements.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Provide technical guidance on installations and real-time support in the field.
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain program compliance.
- Communicate project updates to program staff and client.
- Troubleshoot challenges and drive solutions to meet program goals.
- Support operational and program budget management.
- Collaborate with the Call Centre and Program Management for smooth execution.
- 4+ years of residential construction or retrofitting experience, specifically with draft proofing, and insulation in gas heated homes
- 2 - 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with utility clients and customer-facing roles.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel throughout Saskatchewan - 25% - 40%

**Targeted Compensation**:
$32-$35/h

$31.20 - $52.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
