Production Assembler

New-Line is growing and looking to add a full-time **Junior** **Production Assembler** to the **8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday **shift. Junior Production Assemblers are mainly focused on the labor part of the production assembly - handling materials, coiling and uncoiling hoses, and assisting with the testing, fixing and recertifying of hoses. This is a labor-intensive position requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
This position does not require previous experience.
**YOU HAVE**:
- A high aptitude of **mechanical inclination**; you enjoy working with your hands using a variety tools and equipment
- The ability to **self-supervise and work independently** while effectively pacing your day and meeting targets and objectives
- Outstanding **teamwork skills**; communicating effectively with your teammates to get the job done
- Strong **organizational skills** and enjoy working in a clean and neat environment
- Ability to safely **lift, push, pull** and know when to ask for help from your teammates
- An interest in **learning** about a new industry, getting to know the product
- Good **problem-solving skills** and use your logic and experience to solve issues in order to “keep the customers moving”
- A desire to join a **Growing Team**; share in the team growth and successes, and develop your **skills **within the organization
