Join to apply for the Assembler role at TWG“TWG” is the group name we use to refer to the industry’s foremost producers of quality winches, hoists, gear drives and electronic monitoring systems for global industrial applications.This position has manufacturing operation responsibilities for the assembly of TWG products.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents.Operate hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operation.Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed.Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.Repair and maintain mechanical equipment.Drive forklift truck, hand trucks or manually move parts as directed or required.Complete kitting parts based on production schedule.May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed.Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.Follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions and verify implementation of solutions.Qualifications/RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be able to travel as required and/or directed.Top Leadership CompetenciesCustomer Impact: Creates value for customers addressing known and unknown needs.Results Driven: Produces results that exceed Dover’s strategic objectives via a combination of planning and implementation.Builds and Manages Collaborative Relationships: Establishes and nurtures numerous relationships within Dover.Preferred Characteristics, Competencies And CapabilitiesProficiency using the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and related programs.Strong history of applying continuous improvement concepts and tools.Strong analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Physical Requirements And Work ConditionsMust be able to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, lifting, carrying, balancing, stooping, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing.May require lifting up to 50 pounds with or without lifting aids and devices.Work Arrangement: OnsiteBenefits: The Company offers a comprehensive and competitive benefit program to care for employees total wellbeing.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
