WEEKLY HOURS: 45 HOURS
MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY
10AM TO 7PM (5 HOURS OF OT PER WEEK)

STARTING WAGE: $20.00
PERFORMANCE REVIEW AT 3 MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD, AND BONUSES $$$
MEDICAL AND DENTAL BENEFITS AFTER 3 MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD

EZ-Vape Aldergrove is now hiring a new Store Manager We are one of the leading suppliers in vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories with an emphasis on customer service.

Training shifts will be 6-8 hours per shift, 4 to 5 days per week.

As a store manager at EZ-Vape, you will work directly with customers helping them to select appropriate products to fit their lifestyles.
- Must be 19 or older-Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada
- Customer service skills, including problem solving
- Must have previous experience handling cash, till reconciliation, till settlement
- Must have previous experience working a POS system
- Strong work ethic and ability to act independently
- Flexible schedule, willing to cover when other staff members are sick
- Place product orders each week
- Receive orders each week
- Process defective RMAs
- Customer service skills & mindset
- Team-Player with a positive attitude
- Exceptional relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Ability to stand for approximately 6-8 hours
- Works independently with little or no supervision.

**Job Duties**
- Recommend and select the right merchandise based on the individual’s requirements
- Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions
- Explain the advantage and use of the merchandise to the customer
- Demonstrate use and operation of the product
- Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
- Arrange and display merchandise
- Keep merchandise area tidy
- Purchasing/Receiving
- Defective RMAs
- Work with other staff to create schedule

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant product knowledge and training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
