SinAmen Bun Co. is hiring a full time early morning baker for our downtown Abbotsford location. Looking for a special someone to take ownership of the bakery’s day-to-day operations, reporting to the Store Manager. Approximately 4am - 12pm or 5am - 1pm. Eligible recipient will need to bake the stores goods for the day with intuition and foresight. Very early mornings are required and can be negotiated depending on efficiency of work completed. Being able to work well by yourself and keeping yourself motivated is an asset. Starting wage is dependant upon experience with fast advancement in pay raises based on personal performance. **Specific Skills**:

- Bake off items
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Prepare any icings, frostings or toppings needed according to recipes
- Prepare special custom orders
- Manage baking operations
- Inspect baking kitchen and food service areas

**Physical Requirements**:

- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
- Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
