Midas Nanaimo is excited to expand our team and is seeking an **Entry-Level Service Advisor** to join our busy and dynamic automotive shop. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior advisors and a fantastic team of technicians, gaining valuable experience and skills in the automotive service industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly at the counter, providing excellent service and a positive first impression.
- Open and close work orders, ensuring all customer information and service requests are accurately recorded.
- Generate service estimates for customers and explain pricing and service details clearly.
- Sell factory-recommended maintenance services and offer solutions for mechanical breakdown repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians and senior advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive service industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and know how
- Basic computer skills (experience with work order systems is an asset, but not required).
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
- Experience in sales an asset

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
