**Description de poste**:
**Brief summary of the role**:

- Helps integrate internal business partners into products and services offered by Canadian Document Services (CDS)
- They create repeatable processes, establishing standards based on company policies, industry/best practices, and government regulations, while ensuring process consistency

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors supporting service change or new implementations
- Provide analysis, measurements, and estimates for business partners and Canadian Document Services leaders
- Adhere to defined schedules and predefined implementation model
- Develop business processes, practices and tools, and facilitate implementations with business teams.
- Accountable for the measuring of process performance by gathering and analyzing data
- Provide guidance and help operationalize new businesses & services within CDS and/or 3rd party vendors
- Maintain Business Records (Databases & Documentation)
- Support RFP processes and any other market research & analysis
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to improve efficiencies
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing/new business areas and ensure consistency and clear communications with all internal and external business partners
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience using SharePoint and OneNote
- 3 to 5 years change and analysis experience and workflow charting
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical writing experience
- Six Sigma or Lean Management experience would be an asset
- Previous eSignature experience would be an asset
- Previous experience with print related activities would be an asset
- Business Analyst Certification would be an asset
**Preferred skills**:

- Excellent analytical skills (planning, quantitative skills, attention to detail and quality standards)
- Stellar organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional research skills including ability to interview business resources to support process design (structuring, conducting, and probing)
