**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 1+ year of study or work experience in a kitchen
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Passion for food and cooking with a hard working team
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and intercultural team environment
- Practices self-awareness, communication, building relationships
- Experience with creating and working with systems to increase efficiency (i.e. prep lists, par lists, sanitation plans, recycling etc.)
