The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.
As an advisory agent, member and client experience at Caisse Desjardins Ontario, your role is to enhance the experience of our members and clients and ensure their satisfaction. This includes offering a warm welcome, attentive listening, addressing their needs, and supporting them in managing their financial autonomy. You will guide members and clients, advise them on financial products and services, and assist them with their financial transactions while identifying their needs to offer tailored solutions. You are a proud ambassador of digital solutions and provide guidance on how to use them. More specifically, you will be expected to : ️
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.
- Uphold compliance, security and risk management standards.
**What you bring to the table**
- High school diploma (DES)
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Advanced knowledge of French required
- Advanced knowledge of English required
- Availability to travel to various service centers in the East region as needed
- Availability on Thursday evenings until 7 p.m. and possibly every other Saturday
