We're in search of dedicated professionals to join us as Automotive Sales and Finance Team Leads. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our over-the-phone sales and finance operations, leveraging cutting-edge processes to provide unparalleled service to our clients.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 6-7 sales and finance managers
- Demonstrable experience in sales and finance management
- Daily commitment to coaching and mentoring direct reports
- Drive for personal and professional growth, both financially and intellectually
- Exceptional work ethic, self-motivation, and professionalism
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to continually improve

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales and finance managers to achieve and exceed targets
- Provide daily guidance and mentorship to direct reports, fostering their professional development
- Handle live leads seeking financing assistance, delivering exceptional service at every interaction
- Cultivate strong relationships with lenders to fulfill customer needs effectively
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure seamless deal processing and customer satisfaction
- Employ strategic communication methods such as text blasts and cold calling to engage and retain clients
- Consistently meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly quotas, incentivized by lucrative rewards
- Dedicate yourself to ongoing self-improvement through daily learning and training initiatives

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
