**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Barista/Cashier/Servers. In this multifaceted role, you will be the face of Delysées, providing exceptional service, preparing high-quality beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, adhering to Delysées' quality standards
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for high-quality desserts and beverages
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
