**Position Overview**:
As a member of the property management team, your key responsibilities as a Leasing Assistant include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate showings of units promptly for the Leasing Manager
- Provide notice of entry to current tenants, advising them of booked appointments while minimizing interruptions to current tenants
- Conducting follow-ups with prospects, maintaining smooth and continuous communication
- Completing move-in and move-out checklists
- Maintain unit status within our platforms (Buildium) with task creations, updates, work orders, closing and re-assigning tasks, facilitate lease agreements and renewals
- Conduction entry condition reports and exit reports
- Marketing and social media updates on our listings

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing, Jr. PM, or a related field in an administrative role
- Valid G / G2 license and access to a vehicle
- Must have a smart phone
- Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills; provide excellent customer service and effective information services
- Process oriented and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with self-initiative and self-urgency
- Understanding of property elements and property systems

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Property leasing: 1 year (preferred)
- real estate admin or property management: 1 year (preferred)
