**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Agent Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Process reservations and cancellations according to hotel policies.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
**Housekeeper Responsibilities**:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
- Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report them to management.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Work efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or housekeeping preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
