We are seeking a results-driven **Ecommerce & Marketing Manager** to oversee our online sales strategy, drive customer engagement, and maximize digital growth.

**Job Overview**

As the **Ecommerce & Marketing Manager**, you will oversee online sales channels, enhance the customer experience, and develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will manage warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Your role will focus on driving brand awareness, increasing conversions, and maintaining seamless ecommerce operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Ecommerce Management**:

- Oversee and optimize the company’s ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with Amazon, BestBuy and Walmart to optimize listings and run promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor website analytics and performance, implementing improvements for UX/UI and conversion optimization.

**Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy**:

- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement to build brand awareness.
- Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

**Warehouse & Shipping Operations**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate restocking.
- Develop and maintain logistics tracking systems to enhance visibility and customer communication.

**Customer Service & Retention**:

- Oversee customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
- Manage returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Data & Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide reports and insights to improve marketing strategies and ecommerce performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Marketplace knowledge is an asset (Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, Reverb)
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $35,946.03-$60,000.00 per year
