Northern Outreach and Clinical Services is an ABA clinic in Sudbury, Ontario, and is expanding its team to provide comprehensive clinical services to support individuals under one roof.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the speech, language, and communication abilities of individuals across different age groups.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, collaborating with fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.
- Deliver direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques to address speech and language challenges.
- Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies as needed to support non-verbal or limited verbal individuals.
- Continuously monitor each individual's progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and fellow team members to provide education and support for effective communication strategies in various settings.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant records.
- Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university program.
- Registration in good standing with CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario).
- Prior experience as an SLP with a diverse population, spanning across age groups.
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with individuals, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for individuals and their families.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing assessment tools, therapy materials, and relevant technology in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Completion of a vulnerable sector check within 6 months.
