**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication or swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders and treatment options.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology relevant to speech pathology practices.

**Experience**
- A degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
