We're on the lookout for a seasoned, visionary Head of Marketing with an innate ability to strategize and execute robust marketing campaigns, ensuring our online platforms thrive and stay ahead of the curve.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define, develop, and oversee the entire marketing strategy, integrating both digital and traditional channels.
- Build the marketing team
- Be a part of executive meetings and have the ability to articulate marketing strategies
- Lead the creation and dissemination of communication materials such as presentations, events collateral, research papers, and brochures.
- Plan and execute nationwide digital campaigns—including online advertising, web site strategies, social media, and mobile initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales department to initiate PR campaigns, launch products, and host events.
- Oversee all digital touchpoints, from our main websites to social media profiles and mobile apps.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and other partners, ensuring we get value while also maintaining our campaign budgets and timelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on site analytics and campaign metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
- Lead SEO and AdWords strategies to ensure our online visibility is always optimal.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
