**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
- Schedule Grocery Department Team Members to ensure that customer needs are met
- Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
- Train, develop, and motivate Grocery Department Team Members
- Resolve customer and Grocery Department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
- Champion the Freson Bros. Brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth
**Position Details**:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: Edmonton, AB
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 / year
